To Cancel An Appointment

You can cancel any Appletree Appointment by completing the information to the right.

Let us know by indicating whether you would like to rebook or not. If you would like to we will call you within 2 days to arrange another appointment time.

We can not accept cancellation within 48 hours of an appointment, and specialists will charge patients a no-show fee if cancellation is not received 48 hours prior to your appointment. Each specialist sets their no show fee: it is generally $50 or $100.
